As an FYI for those who might be in the same boat as I am...
My LC was filed Apr 2001, approved end of Oct 2001.
My I-140 was filed beginning of Jan 2002, approved this week (Feb 12, 2002).
I-485 is next....

I am just wondering, under what catagory did you apply, IT or something else?
I am in the process of aplying one. Bye the way when you put ad in the news paper,
how many resumes you think is enough to submit.
Thanks and good luck.

Sorry I can't really be specific, mainly due to the fact that my company's lawyers
are filing everything for me, I just answer their questions, fill out a bunch of
forms, and they tell me briefly what they would do next.
I know i should be more informed but when you are working so many hours a week you
tend to forget details like that. Regarding resumes I know they put up some ad in
the local papers as well as my office where I work, but what happens after is
unclear to me.
My best advise is to get a lawyer to do it for you, i would trip all over it myself
if I try...
