Fraud in New Haven, Conecticut?
I just read a couple messages on another newsgroup about marriage fraud
committed by a couple Cambodians in California. Alledgedly, they hired US
citizens with Cambodian deend to marry people in Cambodia and bring them to
the United States. They would let loose when they get permanent resident
status. They mentioned that people paid up to $30,000.00/each for this
service.
Anyone in New Haven has heard this thing?
