Default Format of Letter from CA?

Hello,
Can someone provide the most authentic way to show property estimate?

What kind of letterhead, signature, stamp, CA (chartered
accountant)credentials are considered authentic by US consulate in
proof of property ownership and its financial estimate?

Sample from someone who has successfully used an obtained visa would be
useful.

Thanks

Seems to me this is a matter of foreign law (assuming you are talking
about foreign property). So it would vary from country to country.

I recently obtained a Green Card from the consulate in Johannesburg, South Africa. To prove my finances I got a valuation letter from one of the large national Real Estate agencies. The clark at the front counter did not seem to impressed, but I think that was more because the house wasn't sold yet, some ignorance of what was required on his part I think.

At the interview the console did not even bring up finances and gave us our green cards. I also had a letter from the bank show the latest balance on my morgage. All in all house valuation - morgage balance came to about $50,000. Which obviously they were happy with for a young family of three with my wife pregnant with the 2nd.

Hope this helps
