Default First flight with L1

when you first fly out to the US on a L1 and L2 (for my wife) visa do the kids still need esta's?

Just want to avoid any issues at check in.

Thanks
Dave

If the plan is for your children to stay with you in US (rather than just visit) then they should also have their own L2 visas.

Well as long as they go back to the Uk in less than 90 days they'll be fine. I suspect that isn't the plan.

I suggest you contact your company's lawyers first thing Monday morning.

As long as you aren't flying out on Tuesday! Do you have your visa yet?

They have to be accounted for on your visa application.

I'd be a little concerned about the lawyers if they knew you had kids that were moving with you and they didn't include them on your petition!

Typically the lawyer will be representing the company not the visa recipient.
