First flight with L1
when you first fly out to the US on a L1 and L2 (for my wife) visa do the kids still need esta's?
Just want to avoid any issues at check in.
Thanks

If the plan is for your children to stay with you in US (rather than just visit) then they should also have their own L2 visas.

I'd be a little concerned about the lawyers if they knew you had kids that were moving with you and they didn't include them on your petition!
