Fingerprint review??

What's this all about then?

On October 15, 2003, the results of your fingerprint review for your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status were received, and processing has resumed on your case. We will mail you a notice if further action is needed, or when a decision is made.

Guess it would mean just what it says. Your prints have cleared and they are resuming work on your petitions for adjustment of status.

You will receive notification of either an approval without interview or a date for an interview when they have reached a decision.

I've noticed several people have on another board been approved for adjustment out of hand without an interview. Perhaps this will be the new wave for the future for marriage adjusters.

Thanks Rete, I thought it might mean that the prints had cleared, but I only had them taken 12 days ago so I find it extremely hard to believe they would be cleared already when others have been waiting for months for clearance. But I'll take your word for it :)
