fingerprint - AOS

Hi!

I am scheduled for fingerprint (AOS) and as instructed, to bring the notice and my
passport along on that day. A list of phsyicians was included in the mail with the
notice without any instructions.

Q: Am I supposed to get a another medical check-up?

Help!
