Filling in N400 form, question on UK previous marriage
Hi all,
Filling in the N-400 form, and have a quick question on a previous marriage when I still lived in then UK. Married & divorced prior to me coming to the US 12 years ago. So, on the N400, it asks for Prior Spouse, and not exactly sure what to write for her immigratiion status. She is not a USC, nor a LPR as but British and still lives there. Right now, I've checked Other and wrote UK Citizen.
Anyone else seen/done similar?
