My fiance is being transfered under the L-1B Visa. We filed the K-1, but the L-1B is
approved already and it makes it easier for her to get to the US.. My question is, on the
visa appliation form that she has to file at the consulte, it asks if she has a finance
waiting for her.. If she answers yes, will she be denied the visa?? Our Lawyers from the
Company and my immigration lawyer said it would be ok to file both at the same time (we
didn't know she would be transfered when we filed the K-1), but they didn't tell us
anything about the application for she has to file at the Consulate...

Just currious if any of you know about the L-1...

Thanks, Tim
