Question File And Offer Letter/Contract
Hi,

Can we appear for E3 visa interview with the file received from lawyer including the petition letter from the employer?We still haven't received the offer letter and employment contract from the employer.....

Hi,
You cannot appear for E3 interview unless you have all the valid documents. LCA and Offer letter is a must.

No. Offer letter or employment contract is the first document you will be asked to present in the interview.
