file for change of visa- L2

Hello,

just a quick one

we both have an L1 and L2 visa, they now need to file for a change of visa because the name of his company has changed.

does anyone know how long this takes?? do they take our passports how long to get back? Im panicking as I HAVE to fly back to the UK on the 30th August
