FBI Name Check Delay
Hi everyone,
I am currently on my last stage of I-485 to get approved for GC but FBI has my NNCP in pending status for 3 years. I have called USCIS countless number of times and all they tell me is the my case is Pending. I have contacted Georgia Congressman and Senators; they all say the same thing. I have called FBI and keep getting answering machine. I even went to local USCIS office in Atlanta and that didn't do any good. I don't want else to do besides take legal action against FBI and USCIS. Has anyone else dealing with the same situation? Any advise will be appreciated.
