There are plenty of language schools in the US who can sponsor student visas, too. The courses aren't cheap, but they still don't compare to the price of university there, so it's a decent option for anyone who wants to spend some time living/studying in the US; I assume this is the OP. But it would be extremely unusual for someone already living in an English-speaking country to apply.
