F1 to H1B Transfer

Hello Friends

Can Student transfer his F1 Visa in to H1B visa?

Basically, My Friends has move to usa on F1 Visa, he has around 4 years of experience. Now He got good job offer and company is willing to file H1B for him.

So will embassy raise an issue ? is it necessary for student to finish their study first and then only they can apply for h1b?

Thanks

Not likely, no.

No, but he must remain a full-time student until the H-1B is approved.
