Dear Ingo
In the question that I asked earlier a new question came up with your reply:
>>>Incidentally, her F-1 status ended when the I-485 was filed by her
husband (which is not
a problem, just you need to be aware of it).
Does one need to file a labor certification or something else for her in
this case or she should just wait for her EAD, ravel documents etc...
Thanks

She needs to work for the travel document. An LC for her would be
pointless because she already has an I-485 pending based on her husband.
Actually, if the husband's job is very shaky, then an LC can be kind of an
insurance; her own job could then serve as basis for a new I-485 later.
