Hi, i have a F1 visa and planning to attend graduate school in US
right now(i had a GC once, but then abandoned it), and my father is an
US citizen. i am over 21, can i apply GC again while i am studying?
if i can, i heard that it takes several years to get an interview, so
is there any way i can stay in US legally and wait for interview? or i
have to leave the US before my f1 expires and get an interview in my
home country?
Thanks a lot!

If your father is a US citizen then he can apply to reguster you as his son
(child of citizen born out of country) then you can get your citizenship
