Extend Greencard then Naturalize?
I am married and have been living in the US for 12yrs. My green card expires in June ( thank goodness I looked at it) but I am looking to complete the naturalization process. My question however is: Do I need to renew my greencard before I complete the N-400, given it's expiring quite soon, or can I go ahead and complete the N-400 and the greencard will continue to be ok?
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

An expired GC does not prevent you from applying to naturalize. The card is just evidence of the status, not the status itself.
That said, you are required in law to carry a valid Green Card with you at all times as an LPR.
