Default Error on N-400 in section on "Current spouse"

I've filed the N-400 for both me and my wife. Even after having
reviewed it myself, I still managed to screw up my N-400 by inverting
my wife's (spouse's) last and first name in the section where it asks
for the info on your current spouse.

Should I do something about this or what? When do they actually review
the N-400? Should I amend it somehow or wait until I am called to the
interview and tell them about my little screwup on the application at
that point? Or is there another form I could use to amend an existing
N-400?

Thanks in advance to anyone who can offer some words of advice! I've
never had this happen to me before.

There is no way to correct it. Wait until either you get an RFE or at the time of the interview.
