Hello all I just have some questions about entering the US after a person
has been married. I was married two months ago to an American but then had
to leave because of a court date in Canada (custody). I know that I should
have stayed there and then applied for the appropriate visa but I was unable
to stay. if I go down to the states now (if I am allowed in to the states)
and decide to stay and start the process will I be deported and will this
harm me if we are not able to apply for the I-130 and other forms. the other
question I have is am able to get a student visa to finish my nursing
education or will they deny me because I am married to an American??
