Hello,

Can someone with a US tourist visa (single entry) enter Canada for short term (<30
days) without having a Canadian visa? Someplace I had read that if you keep you I-94,
US/Canada short term travel is allowed. The person traveling is an Indian passport
holder and for direct entry into Canada, there is a visa requirement from Canada for
all Indian passport holders.

Finally, can someone advise what is the form for non-immigration visa sponsorship --
for US? for Canada?

thanks in advance,

Ed

Your friend if he is an Indian national requires a Canadian Visitor Visa to enter
Canada. He can download the forms from the office where he intends to apply. Link
through the CIC website www.cic.gc.ca
