EB2 Category Green Card
Hi
I have a master's degree from US and have almost 2 yrs of work exp.
Am I eligible for EB2 category.
The requirement of the new position is also masters with some work exp
My future employee refuses to do in EB2 due to less compensation.
I thought it was only the educational requirement and nothing to do
with compensation.
Please advice.
