Since my current EAD card is due to expire by 1st of week of Mar,'03, I
am planning to apply for its renewal. I had few queries and would
appreciate very much if someone knowledgeable in this could help me ..

1. In question # 16 of the I-765 application, how do I fill in the 3
parentheses which establishes the category under which I am seeking
renewal of the EAD, for example when I referred to the form filling
instructions in PART 2 of the I-765 doc, it said category (c)(9) for
applicants with I-485 pending! Do I have to write only this info..
separately in the first 2 parentheses or need to put it in the first one
followed by some additional info,... which I may be overlooking at this
time.. ?

2. Since my I -485 case has been twice RFE-ed, do I need to send them
send them a copy of the RFE request too along with copy of the original
I-485 Receipt notice as proof of my pending I-485 adjudication or only
the latter one shall suffice?

3. How about the "Blue Signature Card"? Don't they need it anymore?
