I filled and sent I765 EAD application to BCIS in Laguna Niguel and
got notice of action back today.It say the processing time is 80
days.I enter the USA on K1 visa on may 16 but we are not married yet,
the wedding is on aug9.Is it possible that i can have it faster(walk
in)?When i start my own business need i then an EAD,i guess yes? On
the site http://policy.ssa.gov/poms.nsf/lnx/0100203500 it say K1 visa
don't need an EAD, is this true?
We got to the SSofice a few days after i enter the USA but we were not
yet in the computer from BCIS , but haven't receive a SSN yet.

I sent at the same time form I-131 AP to Laguna NIGUEL but they sent
it back and say that i have to sent it to the place where i sent the
form I-485 but i never sent this form because we are still not married
.Should i sent this to the local office ( i think this is fresno
because we live in kern county)?
You still need an AP after we are married and fill out AOS?

Unfortunately you have come here too late for help for this stage. The
advice on this newsgroup is not to apply for the 90 day EAD with the service
center because it will arrive too late to be of use. Also you cannot file
advance parole until you file the I-485. You should read up on the rest of
the process before applying for adjustment of status here:
