E2 Visa - Running biz in both US + UK

Hello,
I'm looking to apply for the E2 visa to start a new business in the US.

I currently have a business in the UK which I aim to keep operational, with other people in charge.
Majority of profits are kept in the business, except wages for staff and a very small salary I take.

I'm hoping my business takes off in the US, but I would not take out any profits for the first few years.
Instead re-investing them back into the business.

My question is regarding tax and the ability to take a role in both businesses whilst living in the USA
and running my US business on the E2 visa.

Is this frowned up, that I would also be running a business in the UK at the same time?

And would I have to file earnings from my UK company to the US authorities?

If so, does anyone know about the tax treaty between the two countries where you don't get double taxed?

I hope someone understands what I'm trying to say!

I have contacted a few tax specialists, but their fees just for a conversion are very high, so seeking a few words here first.

Any experience in this field, please let me know. Thanks

US taxes you on your world wide income

Something the CPA handling your US business can handle.

Have you considered L-1 compared to E-2?

General comment: having businesses operating in different countries no problem. For example, Volkswagen can send executive from Germany to the plant in Tennessee. In fact, having an operating business offshore is a positive factor.

On taxes, pay the consultation.

Definitely this. Talk to an immigration attorney.
