E2 Visa Approved
After following this forum for a while now, I wanted to share our timeline to help anyone out there, like us, who is going through the E2 process
January 20th-April 11th: Research in the US and setting up the new enterprise on ESTAs
July 13th: Submitted Documentation to our Immigration attorney
July 18th: CEAC updated to 'Ready' as documents were received by the London Embassy
August 11th: Invitation to interview received by our attorney
August 12th: Interview date confirmed by our attorney
August 18th: Interview Day (and both my husbands E2 visa and my spouse visa was approved)
We weren't asked for additional documentation and interview went quickly and wasn't too bad an experience (think i was more nervous then my husband)
And thanks to all the info people provide on this forum, was very useful!

Well done! Can I ask if there was any reason you went for the E2 and not EB-5 with that large investment?

We actually had a few reasons, but the main one for me was own my business interests in the UK and permanent residence wasn't ideal for my situation, i won't divulge but it's always a future option for us but we will see how we got on!

The earlier you get there, the quicker it will be. There will be about 100 people with the 8am time slot. You can take phones in now.
