Really? I did not know that. If I was still in practice, I don't think I would say that. Now there may some reason why it can't be done in a particular case, but as a general proposition, I disagree with your post.

I am thank full for your reply . Recentley they allow spouse to work and get GC .I will try to get my lawyer to look in to the case . This is the first time I try this to get advise. There are lots of people in E2 who have invest lots of money who worryabout their future.

The usual route is for the Spouse with the EAD to get a job in another Company that will sponsor for a GC.

My assumption is that this was because many E2 businesses would not be a good fit for a GC sponsorship.
