E-3 Change of employer from within the US
Hi all,
While I believe this has been discussed a couple of times before, but the posts are so contradictory that makes me bring up the topic again.
* I am already on the E-3 visa
1- Does it require filing of the i-129 form? Some sources say no like this one: http://canberra.usembassy.gov/e3visa/change_renew.html
2- If an i-129 is a must, then how come many pages on their Web site are talking about a 10 day gap? the i-129 takes MONTHS.
