Please can somebody inform or advice me on how to prepare for Diverity
immigrant lottery visa interview schedule for next month at American
Embassy in Nigeria. Do I have to take a written test during the
interview?

Sorry I don't know the answer to your question, but I have one for you, please. Are you required to submit an I-134 Affidavit of Support?

Yes, they(Embassy) required to submit I-134 Affidavit of Support, and
other financial support documents such bank account, Employment
verification, etc. that will prove that I will not be a public charge.

First, you'll have to pay all the fees and rights, according with the
letter they sent to you.

Then, you have to demonstrate basically two things:
- That you meet the DV requirements: have a Job, have a education
level.
- That you have an enough financial support.

I filled out a I134, as a beneficiary of a K1. Also to show that I would not be a public charge.

Yes, I filled out an I-134 also, for my fiance's K1. I was specifically interested in whether DV lottery winners needed to supply the I-134, and it seems that yes, they do.

And obviously I could not meet the income requirements and I did not have to meet 5x either.
