Default DV lottery question ..

Hi all,

I am entering to the DV 2007 some relatives and one of them
is aged less than 21, the question is: given that this person B has
already been entered through parent A. Does B still has the
chance to apply as main applicant? or not because has already
applied through A?

In any case, person B would be entered through the mother and
the father which automatically makes it to occur into multiple
applications is that a criteria that disqualifies?

TIA,
Regards,
Giovanni

Yes he/she can.

He can apply. But if he wins, he can't bring his parents with him. Only
his wife and children.
