Default DV lottery 2012 winner question. I am confused. Need help

My name is Gami Johnson Tekumu, a cameroonian wishing to apply for an immigrant visa (having won the diversity lottery.) In all my certificates (birth certificate and academic certificates) my name appears as above.
In my passport however my surname is Gami and given name is Johnson Tekumu
While registration for the dv last year I put my surname as Tekumu, first name as Gami and middle name as Johnson (following the format in my certificates) which gave a name order in the dv form of Gami Johnson Tekumu

My Question is this: Do I need to correct my name order in my passport (by making a new one) to match the name order in my dv form (which is same like in my certificates) before applying for an immigrant visa?

Thanks,
Gami

If you have the time to change your passport, you probably should.
