DV-2010 SECOND (INTERVIEW) LETTER

i'm a dv-2010 winner rank number AS201000005xxx. as per visa bulletin rank number upto 7,000 for asia region will appear visa interview in October/2010 and as practiced winners normally get their interview notification letter before 4-6 weeks. I did not receive my second (interview) letter yet. Should I contact Kentucky consular center for that? I'm worried about that. Please adivse me.

Receiving a notice that you are in the lottery is not a guarantee of success. It's entirely possible that you were not selected for an interview.
