Serbia and Montenegro do qualify for for this year's diversity program,
but it is not on the list on application page under 5. Country of Birth.

Any suggestion on whot to do or how to apply?

Since you need to be over 18 to apply, it could be that the country of birth
is named as it was 18 years ago, namely "Yugoslavia".

I could be totally wrong, but i may be worth a shot

Without the country on the form it most likely will be rejected ..and you are correct ..look like a BIG error
try www.usis.sk see if the Consular can help there

Zaista! Sajt sa uputstvima je imao Srbiju ukljucenu, ali stranica za submisiju nema. Trebalo bi da se nazove Department of State.
Doduse, ja podnosim za Hrvatsku jer samo tamo rodjen i izbegao.
