I have heard rumors that the first ones have been mailed. If past years
are any indication, they will go out in batches, and possibly as late as
October.

We have two clients that "won" in the Asian group. They are Japanese and
their winning announcement was dated April 30 (number ~ AS000005200) and
May 5 (number ~ AS00017000). Don't have any idea about the relationship of
date and number
