Hi! I am new to the forum and looking for help with a question.
I arrived in the U.S. (From Canada) in, April and got married in June. I have 2 previous DUI convictions from Canada (1991, 1995). No one was hurt. I paid a fine for the first one and served 3 weeks jail time
(In lieu of the fine) for the second. Can anyone tell us if this will cause me problems with my adjustment of status? Thank you in advance.

It can cause you problems. I'm hoping you were honest and checked yes to the box that you have been arrested/convicted with an explanation of the charges. Also you should get the court records from Canada to bring with you to the interview as proof of your conviction and sentencing.
As I not 100% sure that a conviction for DUI with jail time is considered a "crime", I will not touch on the fact that if it is, you were not suppose to enter the US without first obtaining a tourist visa from the US Consulate.

If you entered on a fiancee visa, and you disclosed your convictions in your
application....
It would seem odd that they would give you the visa, then give you trouble
at AOS...
So, how did you get in? Did you disclose at application?
