DS-3032 for small child
my stepdaughter is living in the Philippines with her grandmother and the
mother (my wife) is here with me in the united states. my stepdaughter has
been sent the Choice of Agent and Address Form and I understand that the
applicant (my stepdaughter) must file this form to continue the process.
Problem is that she is 4 years old and cannot write. Can someone submit
this form for her? Her Grandmother can serve as her agent or possibly myself
from the united states, but I'm unsure how to proceed . . . if I should
submit the forms for her on her behalf (or her mother) directions indicate
that the applicant alone can submit the form, but this is clearly not
possible. What is the proper procedure in this case?

Re: DS-3032 for small child
My daughter is in Colombia with her mother. I am in the USA, with naturalization citizensip. I received the DS-3032; as per instruction the person in the form (my dau) must sign the form. She is only 14. Can her mother in Colombia sign the form or Can I sign the form for the child?
