I am new here , could someone please share , what question they asked when we attend the Immigrant visa interview at London.
Also is this mandatory to attend interview?

I don't think you are new here, as you have 61 previous posts! But yes, everyone who is getting a visa needs to attend the in person interview.

The questions depend on the visa you are applying for and your personal circumstances. The questions are individual to you.

No it is not mandatory to attend the interview, but you won’t get the visa if you don’t. Likely the application will be denied if you have not rescheduled it.

we are applying for F4 category (brother or sister of us citizen).
can someone share his/her experience what question they asked , I want to know just to get an idea , so that I can prepare better.

You won't find many, if any, first hand accounts for your visa category, as it's pretty rare on this forum. But in general, the interview will cover the questions already asked on the visa application and probably some questions about the relationship of everyone in the family. They might ask what you intend to do for work in the USA, but you can always say you don't know yet (if that's the case).
