DS-230 Question

DS-230 Question
On the DS-230, it says to complete one copy of the form for each person who
is "immigrating" with you. In our case, our child (a US Citizen), my wife
(Canadian Citizen), and I (US Citizen) will be travelling down together. Do
we need to only do the DS-230 for my wife (as she is the only one needing
the immigrant visa)? or, do we need to do the DS-230 for all three of us?

Just finishing up the DS-230.. Where it asks for the address in the US where
we will live, and where the Green Card should be sent, can I put 'unknown'?
We intend, once we get the immigrant visa on the I-130 to go down to the US
to find a place to live together. We wont know where we'll live until after
we get the visa.
I do have family in the US.. Should I just put their address for where to
send the GC to for now? Any help is appreciated!
