Default Drunken Disorderly - Visa Issue?

Hi all,

New to this so apologies if it has been asked a hundred times before.

I am currently waiting for visa approval to the US moving from the UK(coming this week and organised by my employer). I'm just a bit worried as I haven't been asked any questions yet about criminal records etc. All I have submitted is an Access Ni Police Check which came back clear - I have however been cautioned twice for urinating in public within the last 5 years (nights out and I've been stupid - lesson well and truly learnt now).

Is this likely to affect me when I go to the Embassy soon for my visa meeting? Is it worth even mentioning? The first time I didn't receive a fine or anything, i just had to sign a document accepting it. The second time I didn't have to sign anything, i just had to pay a £60 fine which i paid.

I know this is a minor issue but I'm just looking advice or an outcome with someone with a similar situation?

All responses are much appreciated.

Thanks,
JM

Interesting questions. Do note that an "ACRO" report with notation of "no live trace" or "further information stepped down" is NOT, repeat not, a clean report.

There a lot of questions raised by your inquiry.

Good luck.

I wouldn't have thought it's too big of an issue. What exactly did your ACRO certificate say?

I'm surprised you say that you have not been asked as the DS160 that you must have filled in asks if you have ever been arrested or convicted of any offence. How did you answer?

Must be declared but won't be an issue IMO. They're hardly CIMTs.

I think he might be at the petition stage and hasn't yet filled out a DS-160 to go for a visa interview. Is this the case JM?
