do I need to file change of addres (permanent resident)

Hi

The subject sums it, I am a permanent resident and a couple
days ago I heard about INS requiring aliens to supply new
address.
Does this apply to me? do I have to file "Alien's Change of Address
Card"?
I moved several times before but I didn't know that I should
file, am I in trouble?

Someone please help.

Yes, you have to file form AR-11.

Before 9/11, they never enforced that. But you need to file the
form now.

Go ahead and file the AR-11 and stop worrying. Send it by certified mail just
in case...
