DMV help E-3 visa please
hi guys,
My E3 extension was filed about mid March and my current i-94 is due to expire on 29th May. Of course the Driving license expires same day.
The question is - can I extend my license by saying I am waiting to hear back from USCIS? All I have back from USCIS is the receipt number and the letter saying documents were recd.
Of course I could go to DMV and line up, but just wanted to know if there was a way I could find out here and be better prepared.
