Destination photography work in USA

Hi Folks

I'm a professional photographer and I'd love to be able to do a bit of work whilst I travel. I am however aware that I can't just arrive in the states and work.

Please could someone advise if I need to have a visa for this sort of thing and if so, is it possible to get a visa that allows short term work and how to go about getting one. I'd be planning a two week trip.

I'm a British citizen, however I live in South Africa.

Payment for the work would be made before the trip into either my south african bank account or a PayPal account and would be declared on my tax return in SA.

Thanks in advance.

Something bext to discuss with your Agent/Immigration Lawyer, there may be something but I wonder if the costs involvolved would be worth iot for 2 weeks, PayPal payment does not sound like this is a major fee.

Look into the parameters of "B-1" status. The B non-immigrant status covers "pleasure" (B-2)) and "business." (B-1).

The ESTA visa waiver covers both categories.
