Delay in getting police clearance certificate
I’m a DV-2010 lottery winner and received 2nd notification letter. Medical done and interview will be held end of November. I got police clearance certificate from here in UK and applied to get one from Bangladesh, which is delaying. Probably I’ll not get before interview or I’ll be able to get a fax copy just before interview. Would anybody advice me in this circumstances what can I do?

There is nothing you can do. If the certificate comes before the interview - that's great. If it doesn't come, you should go to the interview anyway... approval will be delayed until you send them the certificate. The application will likely not be denied because you don't yet have the certificate... you will be given a chance to provide it.
