decision after RFE?
Hi All,
I checked my COS online after I send them all documents mentioned in RFE.
In how many days can I expect an decision?
On the website they say since preliminary stuff is done time will be less then stated. And the stated time length was 28 to 30 days.

Hi All,
I checked my COS online after I send them all documents mentioned in RFE.
In how many days can I expect an answer (decision) from BCIS?
On the website they say since preliminary stuff is done time will be less then stated. And the stated time length was 28 to 30 days.

The official policy is to put such cases at the end of the queue, but
then expedite them. My guess is, a bit longer than it would have taken
without the RFE, but not the complete processing time over again.
