Current H-1B processing time
 

Could anyone please share how long current h-1 visa processing is taking right now. Both regular and premium processing.

When would the visa cap would max out - any insights.

Premium is required to be less than 15 days, by law. Regular depends on
the service center. Look up the current processing times; they are
published on a variety of lawyer's Web sites (my FAQ page has a list of
links to some).

That is impossible to predict with any certainty, but some guesses ranged
between March and May.
