Has anyone ever got the visa by using CSPA and US Patriot Act 424 (45 days benefit)? If this is the law of the state department why do the immigrations officer dont issue the visas to the qualified ppl.
Do u know anyone with the same situation? My brother is qualifying by using this law, all the immigrations lawyer i ve contacted have calculated his age. But the officer has not included him for the interview with the family.

Of course people have gotten visas or adjustment through a correct interpretation of the law. Just because one immigration officer from Hell won't follow the law -- follow up on it. Or hire a lawyer to do it.

Or just SUE the bastards. Immigration issued regulations screwing valid V-2 non-immigrants. These regulations were contrary to the law -- law suit and court of appeals told DHS they were dead-bang wrong and then DHS acquiesed nationwide.
