CSC is not updating the WEB site?

can any one confirm that the CSC online case status is not as current as the phone System?

I just checked - Ours still doesn't say its been approved and I already have
interview date from embassy

The phone system was updated the day after it was approved (13th March)

It should be the other way.
The phone status is not as current as the webbased status.
