CSC I-130 IR's

CSC I-130 IR's
Ok, so I'm working on a memo for my Congressman's aide as the CSC's response to her written Congressional Inquiry was due back today. I plan to give her a call next week to see if she actually heard anything from them.
I'm broaching a few issues with her to see if she can make any headway on gaining an insight into current processing policies there, retention of prority dates for RFE'd cases, the seemingly out-of-order processing of cases without RFE's, the possibility of priority subsets within the I-130 IR category etc.
If anyone has an I-130 IR petition pending at CSC and is willing to post their timeline I will reference these by comparison to each other. I'd just like to be able to make some sense out of how things are being done if it's at all possible.
If people don't wish to that's fine

Re: CSC I-130 IR's
I also filed our I 130 petition at California Service center. My first NOA is September 9,2002...i havent recieved the 2nd NOA ....but my husband was approved for K3 visa on April 11, 2003. He will be receiving the visa by mail in 2 weeks.
I dont think i will be going the I-130....we will go ahead with the K3 visa so he can get here by May2003. He will adjust his status when he arrives...
when is your 1st NOA?

Re: CSC I-130 IR's
This is for Parent of USC, but it seems that the CSC is throwing these in
the same hopper with the spouse of USC given the advent of the K-3 visa (my
guess).
Original Receipt Notice Date: 5/21/02
RFE #1 Date: 2/18/03
RFE #2 Date: 3/31/03
Still Waiting ..., but amazingly the first RFE was processed within 10 days
after their receipt of it. A quick response IMHO.

Thankyou everyone - I've typed my memo ( Did I say memo ? It ended up being four pages long).
I'll fax it in the morning - here goes nothing eh ?
At least it keeps me busy
If I hear anything constructive I'll let everyone know.
