Hi all,

I currently live and work in the USA on a L1 visa. I just received my appointment
letter for my CP interview. It states that the immigration visa will be mailed after
about 5 business days.

Does that mean that I will have to stay in Germany for about 1 1/2 weeks and wait for
the visa? Or are there other options as
- reenter the USA with my L1
- have them send the visa to my parents in Germany (and they forward it to me) or
have them send the visa to my US address
- leave the USA to Canada, Mexico or the Bahamas and reenter on the immigration visa
to become a PR.

Thanks for your help

Gunter

You are supposed to return to the USA with your new PR visa.
