Congressperson????Who is it?

thank u so much for your reply, I have one more question to bother u- Who is a congressperson and where do I find him??? Does to have one cost anything???

You can start here: http://congress.nw.dc.us/rollcall/home/
I recommend using your Member of the House of Representatives rather than
one of your Senators because the Senators serve so many more people (the
whole state). Call the local office and ask to speak with a staff member in
charge of immigration inquiries.
It does not cost anything.
