Concurrent processing of 1140 and 485?
Hi folks! Can someone please shed some light on the timelines after this new law that
allows rto file for concurrent filings of 140 and 485? Waht benefits can one get in
this new law?
Does this mean that after you get your labour cert. you are directly given
the EAD etc?
