Hello

I have several questions about a company qualification for sponsor my H-1
Visa

My friend gonna to open his trading business in US (he is a chinese live in
Taiwan), He wish me can work for him and willing to transfer my current H-1
to his new company. but I was wondering
that the NEW COMPANY have no current Revenue can sponsor my H-1 Visa?

If Revenue is needed what is the amount it required for sponsor H-1 Visa?

is there any other related regulation regarding this issue?

Also If he wish to sponsor his sister H-1 Visa for working USA, is there
any regulation restrict the family member sponsored in family business? I
know he (as the business owner) can not sponsor himself
